The Council meet at 7.15 pm at the Saltney Community Centre, Sandy Lane, Saltney, CH4 8UB on the second Wednesday of each month except in August and December when there is no meeting. Members of the public may attend all meetings of the Council. Ten minutes are set aside at the beginning of each meeting (with the exception of the Annual General Meeting held in May) for members of the public to speak on any item that appears on the agenda.
Each month copies of the agenda are posted on the Town Council's Notice Boards, which are situated in Douglas Place; Salisbury Avenue (by the bus stop); Victoria Road (outside 'Londis'); Sandy Lane (by the Community Centre); Saltney Ferry Road (outside the school gate); Saltney Ferry Road (over the railway bridge by the bus stop) and (outside the 'vets') on the High Street.

Accessing the Contents of Zip files
Zip files are compressed container files that contain a number of other files. They will have been produced by WinZip, which is the ‘official’ application or one of the free Zip applications available on the Internet e.g. 7-ZIP.
In Windows XP or newer, you can double-click the ZIP file and it will open in a new window. You can then copy the contents to another folder. This will also work If you are using an Apple MAC or a Linux system.
If you are using an i-Pad, then you can download the WinZip app for free from the App Store.
